Our Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Packaged securely in original packaging
How to Return
- Initiate your return through our online portal
- Print the prepaid return label (domestic orders only)
- Securely package your items
- Drop at any authorized carrier location
Refund Process
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sale items are final sale (no returns/exchanges)
Exchanges
We currently offer:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges (for same style)
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Include all customs documentation
- Refunds exclude original shipping and duties
Damaged/Defective Items
For quality issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label
Return Exceptions
These items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Final sale merchandise
- Personalized/custom items
